Data Scientist and bioinformatician, currently working in Biotech/Pharma but data curious about other fields. In a nutshell: I like data. I like to look plot it, probe it, ask questions of it. I enjoy testing and implementing new methods, automation of data pipelines, data visualization and mentoring.

This blog started as a way to document my journey from the pipette to the keyboard, but now it’s mostly about my musings on all things data (science).
